The main bridge of Xiangtan Liancheng Bridge is a composite system bridge of stayed cable and concrete filled tubular steel arch, with the span of 120m+400m+120m. It’s the first of its kind in respect of its bridge type across the world.

SIYUAN has applied several new technical achievements for the design, mainly including: arch bridge-stayed bridge composite structure design technology, prestressed concrete tube vacuum grouting technology, and single steel strand tensioning technology for stayed cable and horizontal tie bar. Xiangtan Liancheng Bridge combines the advantages of cable bridge and arch bridge, creating a unique bridge style of its own. This bridge has been listed as New Record of Chinese Enterprises.
